A Footnote From The Author

I’m leaving to teach English in Mongolia for a month.

Some research shows that Mongolian cuisine is quite limited, but I’m fairly confident I will manage to keep eating five new foods a week (probably couldn’t avoid them even if I wanted to).

I certainly intend to keep the blog posts coming – yes, they have the internet in Ulaanbaatar – but I beg your forgiveness in advance if they do become slightly irregular.

Prepare for airline food and mutton!
